RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Cozy Corner, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we maintain a clear and fair return and exchange policy.
Refund is not available but exchange is available with extra shipping. We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging intact. Any signs of use, damage, or alteration may result in rejection of the return request.
Since our cushion covers are hand-painted and uniquely crafted, slight variations in color, design, or brush strokes are natural and should not be considered defects. These variations add to the uniqueness and charm of each piece.
Customized or made-to-order items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We strongly encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing such orders.
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to share clear images or videos of the product for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund timeline may vary depending on your payment method.
